1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sturm Brothers’ Custom Design & Fine Jewelry website at https://sturmbrothers.com (the “Site”), our online tools, our text messaging program, and any purchase, custom design, repair, or other service you obtain from Sturm Brothers’ Custom Design & Fine Jewelry (“Sturm Brothers’,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether online or in our store. By using the Site or doing business with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

3. Eligibility

4. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals accurately. However:

• Colors, sizes, and details shown in photographs may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and photography conditions.
• Natural gemstones and diamonds are unique, and each piece may differ slightly in color, clarity, inclusions, and appearance from images or samples.
• Many gemstones are routinely treated or enhanced (for example, by heat or other processes). We will disclose known treatments and whether a stone is natural or laboratory-grown to the best of our knowledge.
• Metal weights, stone weights, and measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Where a diamond or gemstone is accompanied by a grading report from an independent laboratory, that report reflects the laboratory’s opinion at the time of grading. We do not guarantee the findings of third-party laboratories.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices for jewelry, precious metals, and gemstones may be affected by market fluctuations. Items are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that any item shown on the Site is in stock. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item, even after the order has been submitted or confirmed. Applicable sales taxes will be added where required by law.

6. Orders & Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase, and it is not accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or limits on quantities. If your payment has already been processed for an order we cancel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Custom Design & Special Orders

Custom jewelry is made specifically for you based on the specifications you approve. Because custom pieces cannot be resold as regular inventory, the following terms apply:

• Design approval: Where applicable, we will provide sketches, renderings, or CAD designs for your review. Production begins only after you approve the design. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

• Variations: Handcrafted and custom pieces may vary slightly from renderings in dimensions, finish, and appearance. Such minor variations are a normal part of the custom process and are not considered defects.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Sturm Brothers’ Custom Design & Fine Jewelry retains ownership of all design drawings, renderings, CAD files, and molds created in the course of a custom project. We will not reproduce a custom design created exclusively for you without your permission.

8. Custom Ring Designer & Saved Designs

Our Site may offer an online custom ring designer that allows you to explore settings, stones, and metals and to save your designs. Designs, configurations, and prices shown in this tool are for informational and planning purposes only. They are not binding quotes or offers, and final pricing and availability will be confirmed by our team before any order is placed. Saved designs may be used by us to follow up with you about your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy and, if you opt in, our Text Messaging Program terms below.

9. Customer-Supplied Materials

If you provide your own diamonds, gemstones, or metal for use in a custom piece or repair, you acknowledge that some stones may be fragile, previously damaged, or treated in ways that are not visible. While we take great care, we are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied stones or materials that occurs during normal setting, sizing, cleaning, or repair work, except where caused by our negligence. 10. Jewelry Repair & Services

• Estimates: Repair estimates are based on our initial inspection. If additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
